Events & Marketing Manager (HQ)

We are looking for an Events & Marketing Manager to join our team, you should be someone with great flexibility, creative problem solving and the ability to independently manage multiple priority projects with a strong emphasis on events.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execution of overall corporate marketing plan
  • Co-develop and oversee the execution of all manufacturer’s marketing plans and demand generation activities designed to build pipeline and close business for all manufacturing partners.
  • Conception, plan, produce and execute on all events (internal and external from 5 to 300 people)
  • Gather data from other team members for monthly report outs
  • Support, develop and execute on all non-digital demand gen programs, some of these are (but not limited to):
    •  ABM
    • EDO’s
    • Bag Drops
    • Sales Enablement
    • Call Blitz, Dial Out Days
    • Events
    • Virtual Events
  • Work with Digital Manager to set up all event assets within the marketing automation platform (Marketo) including but not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, etc
  • Swag, we will depend on you to own the budget, research, recommendations and purchase of all our swag items, also including the fulfillment requests and inventory
  • Collaborate directly with the marketing team to obtain materials and items needed for upcoming events
  • Additional marketing activities as they develop, we are a lean but powerhouse of a marketing team

Essential Core Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in events, field marketing or demand generation roles with demonstrated experience in integrated marketing, project management, events, campaign analysis and related activities aimed at delivering successful programs
  • Previous management experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Working proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Passion and enthusiasm for events and people
  • Ability to assess situations and recommend streamlined processes
  • Manage time effectively with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a very dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently, within a team and cross-functionally
  • Some travel will be required – must be able to work outside of regular business hours and weekends as you will be responsible for registration at all events
  • You must bring a passion for marketing, a sense of humor, be creative, deadline driven and dedicated to your craft
