Programs Manager (HQ)

We are looking for an individual who is incredibly detail-oriented, enjoys working with many different departments, loves learning and always looking for new ways to streamline and improve a process. This role will provide support in the following ways but are not limited to: Providing manufacturer partner and distribution partner guidance to the Executive Team, Sales, Engineering and Marketing, Groupware customers, manufacturing partners and distribution partners. Primary responsibility is supporting partner programs and reseller requirements to ensure that Groupware remains in good standing with partner requirements and is maximizing the programs, rebates, demonstration equipment, SPIFFs, etc. made available to Groupware by our manufacturer partners and distribution partners. May attend product and development training as necessary or when invited by partners and/or vendors.  May attend manufacturing partner conferences as needed.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Groupware’s partner compliancy for all training & certification requirements
  • Manage relationships with all alliance partners and serve as point of contact
  • Establish regular meetings across various internal and partner resources on alliance strategy, milestones and projected results.
  • Proactively work with Practice Managers to manage requirements for maintaining partner status, including renewal of terms and required partner training
  • Manage manufacturing partner portals
  • Manage and educate teams on partner programs
  • Attend and complete product and development training as required or when requested by partners or vendors
  • Manage partner portals and provide administrative support
  • Manage and track vendor rebate and special programs
  • Oversee sharing of essential partner information with Groupware’s sales, engineering, finance and executive teams
  • Manage and maintain Partner Space in Confluence
  • Support finance team and practice managers in coordinating new partner requests and partner contracts (through management of Contracts Space in Confluence)
  • Assist in coordination of Groupware employee attendance and registration for manufacturing partner conferences with management of Partner Conferences Page in Confluence
  • Use dashboards and other measurement tools to monitor progress with partners
    • Review sales reports for Tier 1 partners
    • Rebate tracking and reconnaissance with finance team (manage Rebate Tracking Report)
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of the sales, engineering and operations teams.

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic is required
  • Some travel required
