Service Coordinator (HQ)

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Coordinator responds to customer support requests, acknowledging cases to attain SLA
  • Initiate service requests with partners for dispatch and/or work directly with customers to diagnose an issue and affect repair
  • Drives partners to attain SLA’s and communicate status updates to customer
  • Manages any support escalation between Groupware’s partners and customers
  • First point of contact for customers

Essential Core Competencies:

  • Experience in server, storage and networking platform preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Strong technical background preferred in IT technologies
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with coordinating multiple projects across large, diverse and cross functional teams
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn MS Project and implement across large, diverse and cross functional teams
  • Self-motivated and team player
